नष्टं मायाबलं रुद्रं सर्वभूतमहेश्वरम् ॥ ततोऽहं तत्र गत्वा तु यष्टुकामं त्र्यम्बकम्

naṣṭaṃ māyābalaṃ rudraṃ sarvabhūtamaheśvaram || tato'haṃ tatra gatvā tu yaṣṭukāmaṃ tryambakam

സകലഭൂതങ്ങളുടെ മഹേശ്വരനായ രുദ്രന്റെ മായാബലം നശിച്ചു; തുടർന്ന് ഞാൻ അവിടെ ചെന്നു യജ്ഞം ചെയ്യാൻ ആഗ്രഹിച്ച ത്ര്യമ്പകനെ സമീപിച്ചു।
