yaś caitac chṛṇuyān nityaṃ tadgatena antarātmanā | saṃvatsarakṛtaṃ pāpaṃ tatkṣaṇād eva naśyati ||

Translation

ആരായാലും നിത്യം ഇത് ശ്രവണം ചെയ്യുകയും അന്തരാത്മാവ് അതിൽ ലീനമാകുകയും ചെയ്താൽ—ഒരു വർഷം സമ്പാദിച്ച പാപം അതേ ക്ഷണത്തിൽ തന്നെ നശിക്കുന്നു.
