Atma Upanishad 3 — Verse 3

guruśiṣyādibhedena brahmaiva pratibhāsate | brahmaiva kevalaṃ śuddhaṃ vidyate tattvadarśane ||3||

Through the division of guru and disciple and the like, Brahman alone appears. In the vision of truth, Brahman alone—pure and sole—exists.

Non-duality sublating relational dualities; pedagogical duality (guru–śiṣya) as provisionalMahavakya: Aligns with ‘tat tvam asi’ by dissolving teacher–taught duality into identity in tattva-darśanaAtharvaChandas: Anuṣṭubh (śloka)
