परि ष्य सुवानो अक्षा इन्दुरव्ये मदच्युतः । धारा य ऊर्ध्वो अध्वरे भ्राजा नैति गव्ययुः ॥
Transliteration
pári ṣyá suvāná akṣā índur avyé máda-cyutaḥ | dhā́rā yá ūrdhvó adhvaré bhrā́jā ná eti gavyayúḥ ||
Translation
പിഴിഞ്ഞെടുക്കപ്പെട്ട ഇന്ദു ഉണ്ണിലൂടെ ഒഴുകുന്നു; അവന്റെ മദം (ആനന്ദോന്മാദം) ചോർന്നുപോകുന്നില്ല. അധ്വരത്തിൽ മേലോട്ടുയരുന്ന ധാര, ദീപ്തനായ ഒരുവനുപോലെ മുന്നേറുന്നു—പ്രകാശത്തിന്റെ ഗവ്യങ്ങളെ (ഗോകളെ) തേടി.
