धर्ता दिवः पवते कृत्व्यो रसो दक्षो देवानामनुमाद्यो नृभिः । हरिः सृजानो अत्यो न सत्वभिर्वृथा पाजांसि कृणुते नदीष्वा ॥

Transliteration

dhartā diváḥ pavate kṛ́tvyo ráso dákṣo devā́nām anumā́dyo nṛ́bhiḥ | háriḥ sṛjānáḥ átyo na sátvabhir vṛ́thā pā́jāṃsi kṛṇute nadī́ṣv ā́ ||

Translation

ദിവത്തിന്റെ ധാരകൻ പവമാനനായി ഒഴുകുന്നു—കൃത്വ്യ രസം, ദേവന്മാരുടെ ദക്ഷ (കൗശല-ശക്തി), മനുഷ്യശക്തികൾക്ക് അനുമാദ്യ (ആനന്ദത്തോടെ ആസ്വാദ്യ). ഹരിവർണ്ണൻ, വിടുതൽ പ്രാപിച്ച്, ബലങ്ങളുള്ള അശ്വംപോലെ, നദികളിലേക്കു പ്രവേശിക്കുമ്പോൾ സ്വേച്ഛയായി തന്റെ മഹത്തായ പാജാംസി (പ്രബല ഊർജങ്ങൾ) രൂപപ്പെടുത്തുന്നു.
