एष देवः शुभायतेऽधि योनावमर्त्यः । वृत्रहा देववीतमः ॥
Transliteration
eṣá deváḥ śubhāyate ádhi yónāv amártyaḥ | vṛtrá-hā deva-vītamáḥ ||
Translation
ഈ സോമ-ദേവൻ പ്രകടനത്തിന്റെ യോനി മേൽ പ്രകാശിക്കുന്നു—അമർത്ത്യൻ. ആവരണകാരി (വൃത്ര)നെ വധിക്കുന്നവൻ, ദേവങ്ങളെ നേടുന്നതിൽ അത്യുത്തമൻ—ദേവശക്തികളെ നമ്മുടെ കർമത്തിലേക്ക് കൊണ്ടുവരുന്നു.
