Sukta 8.50
रथिरासो हरयो ये ते अस्रिध ओजो वातस्य पिप्रति । येभिर्नि दस्युं मनुषो निघोषयो येभिः स्वः परीयसे ॥
rathirā́so hárayo yé te asrídha ójo vā́tasya píprati | yébhiḥ ní dásyuṃ mánuṣo ni-ghóṣayo yébhiḥ svàr parī́yase ||
രഥിരാസോ ഹരയോ—നിനക്കുള്ളവർ—അസ്രിധ (അഖണ്ഡം), വാതസ്യ ഓജഃ (കാറ്റിന്റെ ബലം)കൊണ്ട് തങ്ങളെ പിപ്രതി (പൂരിപ്പിച്ചു/പോഷിച്ചു)കൊള്ളുന്നു. അവയാൽ നീ മനുഷ്യനിലുള്ള ദസ്യുവിനെ നിഘോഷയഃ (നിശ്ശബ്ദമാക്കി/ദമിപ്പിച്ചു) വിടുന്നു; അവയാൽ നീ സ്വഃ (പ്രകാശലോകം)യിൽ പരീയസേ (ചുറ്റും സഞ്ചരിക്കുന്നു).
