Transliteration
índre agnā́ námo bṛhát suvṛktím ér ayāmahe | dhiyā́ dhénā avasyávaḥ ||
Translation
ഹേ ഇന്ദ്രനും ഹേ അഗ്നിയും, നിങ്ങള്ക്ക് മഹത്തായ നമസ്കാരം—വിശാല വന്ദനം—ഞങ്ങൾ അർപ്പിക്കുന്നു; സുവൃക്തി, നന്നായി നെയ്ത സ്തുതി-വാണി, ഞങ്ങൾ ഉണർത്തുന്നു. ധിയയാൽ, ധേനകളെപ്പോലെ സമൃദ്ധി പകരുന്നവരായി, നിങ്ങളുടെ അവസ്യ—സഹായവും പോഷണവും—ഞങ്ങൾ യാചിക്കുന്നു.
