युवां हवन्त उभयास आजिष्विन्द्रं च वस्वो वरुणं च सातये । यत्र राजभिर्दशभिर्निबाधितं प्र सुदासमावतं तृत्सुभिः सह ॥
yuvā́ṃ havanta ubháyāsa ā́jiṣv índraṃ ca vásvo váruṇaṃ ca sātáye | yátra rā́jabhir daśábhir níbādhitaṃ prá sudā́sam ā́vataṃ tṛ́tsubhiḥ sahá ||
യുദ്ധങ്ങളിൽ ഇരുപക്ഷവും നിങ്ങളെ വിളിക്കുന്നു—വിജയത്തിനായി, ഹേ സത്യധനത്തിന്റെ അധിപന്മാരായ ഇന്ദ്രനും വരുണനും! പത്ത് രാജാക്കന്മാർ സുദാസനെ ഞെരുക്കിയിടത്ത്, അവിടെ നിങ്ങൾ തൃത്സുക്കളോടൊപ്പം അവനെ മുന്നോട്ടു കൊണ്ടുവന്നു; നിയന്ത്രണത്തിന്റെ നടുവിലും ആത്മബലത്തെ ഉയർത്തി നിർത്തി.
