इदं वचः शतसाः संसहस्रमुदग्नये जनिषीष्ट द्विबर्हाः । शं यत्स्तोतृभ्य आपये भवाति द्युमदमीवचातनं रक्षोहा ॥
idáṃ vácaḥ śatá-sāḥ sáṃsahasram úd agnáye janiṣīṣṭa dví-bárhāḥ | śáṃ yát stotṛ́bhya ā́paye bhávāti dyumád amīva-cā́tanaṃ rakṣó-hā ||
ഈ വചനം—ശതശക്തിയുള്ളത്, സഹസ്രഗുണം—അഗ്നിക്കായി മേലോട്ടു ജനിക്കട്ടെ; ഹേ ദ്വിബർഹാ (ഇരട്ട ആധാരം ധരിക്കുന്നവനേ)! സ്തോതാക്കൾക്കു അത് ശാന്തിയും പാനയോഗ്യമായ പൂർണ്ണതയും ആകട്ടെ—ദ്യുമന്തം, രോഗനിവാരകം, രക്ഷോഹാ (രക്ഷസ്സിനെ സംഹരിക്കുന്നവൻ)।
