उदु स्तोमासो अश्विनोरबुध्रञ्जामि ब्रह्माण्युषसश्च देवीः । आविवासन्रोदसी धिष्ण्येमे अच्छा विप्रो नासत्या विवक्ति ॥
úd u stomā́so aśvínor abudhran jā́mi bráhmāṇy uṣásas ca devī́ḥ | ā́vivāsan ródasī dhiṣṇyéme ácchā vipró nā́satyā vivakti ||
അശ്വിന്മാർക്കായി സ്തോമങ്ങൾ ഉയർന്നു ജാഗരിതമായിരിക്കുന്നു; പരിചിതമായ ബ്രഹ്മവചനങ്ങളും, ദേവിയായ ഉഷസ്സും. ഈ രണ്ടു രോദസീ (ദ്യാവാ-പൃഥിവി) ഇവിടെ ആരാധനയ്ക്കായി സജ്ജമാണ്; പ്രചോദിതനായ വിപ്രൻ നാസത്യന്മാരിലേക്കു തന്റെ ആഹ്വാനം നയിക്കുന്നു.
