Sukta 7.56
तन्न इन्द्रो वरुणो मित्रो अग्निराप ओषधीर्वनिनो जुषन्त । शर्मन्त्स्याम मरुतामुपस्थे यूयं पात स्वस्तिभिः सदा नः ॥
tán na índro váruṇo mitró agnír ā́pa óṣadhīr vaníno juṣanta | śármant syāma marútām upásthe yūyáṃ pāta svastíbhiḥ sádā naḥ ||
ഇന്ദ്രൻ, വരുണൻ, മിത്രൻ, അഗ്നി, ആപഃ (ജലങ്ങൾ), ഔഷധികൾ, വനിനഃ (വനാധിപന്മാർ) — ഇവർ എല്ലാവരും ഞങ്ങള്ക്കായി ഈ അർപ്പണം പ്രസാദത്തോടെ സ്വീകരിക്കട്ടെ. മരുത്തുകളുടെ ഉപസ്ഥത്തിൽ ഞങ്ങൾ ശർമ (ശാന്തി-ആശ്രയം) പ്രാപിക്കട്ടെ; നിങ്ങൾ സ്വസ്തിഭിഃ (മംഗളകരമായ ക്ഷേമങ്ങളാൽ) എപ്പോഴും ഞങ്ങളെ കാത്തുകൊള്ളുക.
