आ यो योनिं देवकृतं ससाद क्रत्वा ह्यग्निरमृताँ अतारीत् । तमोषधीश्च वनिनश्च गर्भं भूमिश्च विश्वधायसं बिभर्ति ॥
ā yó yóniṃ deva-kṛ́taṃ sasā́da kratvā́ hy agnír amṛ́tān átārīt | tám oṣádhīś ca váninaś ca gárbhaṃ bhū́miś ca viśvá-dhāyasaṃ bibharti ||
ദേവകൃത യോനി—ദേവന്മാർ നിർമ്മിച്ച ഗർഭസ്ഥാനത്തിൽ—വന്ന് അധിവസിച്ചവൻ, ആ അഗ്നി ക്രത്വാ, ചൈതന്യശക്തിയാൽ, അമൃതന്മാരെയും അതിക്രമിച്ചു കടന്നു. അവനെ ഔഷധികളും വനങ്ങളും ഗർഭമായി ധരിക്കുന്നു; ഭൂമിയും അവനെ വിശ്വധായസ—എല്ലാം ധരിക്കുന്നവൻ—എന്ന്, തന്റെ സർവ്വവ്യാപക ഭവനത്തിന്റെ ഗൂഢബീജമായി വഹിക്കുന്നു.
