Sukta 7.104
यो नो रसं दिप्सति पित्वो अग्ने यो अश्वानां यो गवां यस्तनूनाम् । रिपुः स्तेनः स्तेयकृद्दभ्रमेतु नि ष हीयतां तन्वा तना च ॥
yó no rásaṃ dípsati pitvó agne yó aśvā́nāṃ yó gavā́ṃ yás tanū́nām | ripúḥ stenáḥ steyakṛ́d dábhram etu ní ṣá hīyatāṃ tanvā́ tanā́ ca ||
അഗ്നേ, ഞങ്ങളുടെ രസം കവർന്നെടുക്കാൻ ആഗ്രഹിക്കുന്നവൻ—ഞങ്ങളുടെ പിത്വ (ജീവനപാനം)യുടെ, അശ്വങ്ങളുടെ (ഗതി-ശക്തി)യുടെ, ഗാവാം (പ്രകാശ-ജ്ഞാനം)യുടെ, അല്ലെങ്കിൽ തനൂനാം (ദേഹ-അസ്തിത്വം)യുടെ—ആ ശത്രു, ആ കള്ളൻ, ആ മോഷണം ചെയ്യുന്നവൻ, ദഭ്രമേതു (അല്പത/ക്ഷീണം)യിലേക്കു പോകട്ടെ; ദേഹത്തിലും വംശത്തിലും അവൻ ക്ഷയിക്കട്ടെ.
