Sukta 7.103
यदीमेनाँ उशतो अभ्यवर्षीत्तृष्यावतः प्रावृष्यागतायाम् । अख्खलीकृत्या पितरं न पुत्रो अन्यो अन्यमुप वदन्तमेति ॥
yádīm enā́m̐ uśató abhyàvarṣīt tṛṣyā́vataḥ prāvṛ́ṣy ā́gatāyām | akhkhalīkṛ́tyā pitáraṃ ná putró anyó anyám úpa vádantam eti ||
പ്രാവൃഷ്യയുടെ വരവിൽ ദാഹിച്ചിരുന്ന ഇവരിൽ മഴ പെയ്തപ്പോൾ, അപ്പോൾ—തടഞ്ഞുതടഞ്ഞു ഉച്ചരിച്ച്—ഒരാൾ മറ്റൊരാളുടെ അടുക്കൽ ചെന്നു സംസാരിക്കുന്നു, മകൻ പിതാവിനോടെന്നപോലെ; പുനർജനിച്ച വാണി തന്റെ ഉറവിടം തേടി വീണ്ടും തന്റെ ഛന്ദോലയം പഠിക്കുന്നു.
