अहश्च कृष्णमहरर्जुनं च वि वर्तेते रजसी वेद्याभिः । वैश्वानरो जायमानो न राजावातिरज्ज्योतिषाग्निस्तमांसि ॥

Transliteration

áhaś ca kṛṣṇám áhar árjunam ca ví vartete rájasī vedyā́bhiḥ | vaiśvānaráḥ jā́yamāno ná rājā́vātiraj jyótiṣā́gnís tamā́ṃsi ||

Translation

കൃഷ്ണ അഹയും അർജുന അഹയും—ഇരുവരും രജസികളിൽ വേദ്യാഭിഃ (നിയത പഥങ്ങളാൽ) വേർപെട്ട് സഞ്ചരിക്കുന്നു. വൈശ്വാനരൻ ജനിക്കുമ്പോൾ രാജാവുപോലെ; അഗ്നി തന്റെ ജ്യോതിഷാ കൊണ്ട് തമാംസികളെ അതിക്രമിക്കുന്നു.
