या विश्वासां जनितारा मतीनामिन्द्राविष्णू कलशा सोमधाना । प्र वां गिरः शस्यमाना अवन्तु प्र स्तोमासो गीयमानासो अर्कैः ॥
yā́ viśvāsā́ṃ janitā́rā matīnā́m indrā́viṣṇū kalaśā́ soma-dhānā́ | prá vāṃ gíraḥ śasyámānā avantu prá stómāso gīyámānāso arkáiḥ ||
ഹേ ഇന്ദ്ര–വിഷ്ണു, എല്ലാ പ്രചോദനങ്ങളുടെയും (മതികളുടെയും) ജനകരേ, സോമം ധരിക്കുന്ന കലശങ്ങളേ—ഞങ്ങളുടെ ഉച്ചരിച്ച വചനങ്ങൾ (ഗിരഃ) നിങ്ങളെ കാക്കുകയും പോഷിപ്പിക്കുകയും ചെയ്യട്ടെ; ഋഷിദർശനത്തോടെ പാടപ്പെടുന്ന ഞങ്ങളുടെ സ്തോമങ്ങൾ അർക്കങ്ങളോടെ മുന്നേറി യജ്ഞബന്ധത്തെ ദൃഢമാക്കട്ടെ.
