अश्याम तं काममग्ने तवोती अश्याम रयिं रयिवः सुवीरम् । अश्याम वाजमभि वाजयन्तोऽश्याम द्युम्नमजराजरं ते ॥
aśyāma taṃ kāmam agne tavotī aśyāma rayiṃ rayi-vaḥ su-vīram | aśyāma vājam abhi vājayanto’śyāma dyumnam ajarā-jaraṃ te ||
ഹേ അഗ്നേ, നിന്റെ ഓടുകൊണ്ട് ഞങ്ങൾ ആ കാമനയെ പ്രാപിക്കട്ടെ; ഹേ റയിവഃ, സുവീരന്മാർ നിറഞ്ഞ റയി (സമ്പത്ത്) ഞങ്ങൾ പ്രാപിക്കട്ടെ. ബലവിജയത്തിനായി മുന്നേറുന്നവരായി വാജ (വാജ) ഞങ്ങൾ പ്രാപിക്കട്ടെ; നിന്റെ ദ്യുമ്നം—അജര, സദാ അജര—ഞങ്ങൾ പ്രാപിക്കട്ടെ.
