Sukta 6.34
अस्मा एतन्मह्याङ्गूषमस्मा इन्द्राय स्तोत्रं मतिभिरवाचि । असद्यथा महति वृत्रतूर्य इन्द्रो विश्वायुरविता वृधश्च ॥
asmā etan mahy āṅgūṣam asmā indrāya stotraṃ mati-bhir avāci | asad yathā mahati vṛtra-tūrye indro viśvāyur avitā vṛdhaś ca ||
അവനു—ഈ മഹത്തായ പ്രചോദിത അങ്ഗൂഷ; ഇന്ദ്രനു—ഈ സ്തോത്രം, നമ്മുടെ മതികളാൽ ഉച്ചരിക്കപ്പെട്ടു. മഹത്തായ വൃത്ര-തൂര്യത്തിൽ ഉണ്ടായതുപോലെ അങ്ങനെ തന്നെയാകട്ടെ: ഇന്ദ്രൻ—വിശ്വായു, അവിതാ, വൃധ—രക്ഷകനും വർധിപ്പിക്കുന്നവനും.
