Sukta 6.26
श्रुधी न इन्द्र ह्वयामसि त्वा महो वाजस्य सातौ वावृषाणाः । सं यद्विशोऽयन्त शूरसाता उग्रं नोऽवः पार्ये अहन्दाः ॥
śrudhī́ na indra hváyāmasi tvā mahó vā́jasya sātáu vāvṛṣāṇā́ḥ | sáṃ yád víśo ayánta śūra-sātā ugráṃ no ’váḥ pāryé áhan dāḥ ||
ഹേ ഇന്ദ്രാ! ഞങ്ങളുടെ വിളി കേൾക്കുക; മഹത്തായ വാജ-സമൃദ്ധിയുടെ ജയത്തിൽ വളരുന്ന ഞങ്ങൾ നിന്നെ ആഹ്വാനം ചെയ്യുന്നു. ജനങ്ങൾ ശൂരവിജയം നേടാൻ ഒന്നിച്ചു ചേരുമ്പോൾ, നിർണായക ദിനത്തിൽ ഞങ്ങൾക്ക് നിന്റെ ഉഗ്ര സംരക്ഷണം നൽകുക.
