Sukta 6.23
सुत इत्त्वं निमिश्ल इन्द्र सोमे स्तोमे ब्रह्मणि शस्यमान उक्थे । यद्वा युक्ताभ्यां मघवन्हरिभ्यां बिभ्रद्वज्रं बाह्वोरिन्द्र यासि ॥
sutá ít tvaṃ ní-miśla indra sóme stóme bráhmaṇi śasyámāna ukthé | yád vā yuktā́bhyāṃ maghavan háribhyāṃ bíbhra(d) vájraṃ bāhvór indra yā́si ||
സോമം പിഴിഞ്ഞപ്പോൾ നീ പൂർണ്ണമായി ജാഗ്രതയോടെ ഇരിക്കുന്നു, ഹേ ഇന്ദ്ര—സോമസ്തോമത്തിൽ, ബ്രഹ്മവചനത്തിൽ, ഉച്ചരിക്കപ്പെട്ട ഉക്തത്തിൽ നിന്റെ സ്തുതി പാടപ്പെടുന്നു. അല്ലെങ്കിൽ, ഹേ മഘവൻ, നിന്റെ രണ്ടു ഹരികൾ (ചുവപ്പുനിറമുള്ള അശ്വങ്ങൾ) യുക്തരായിരിക്കുമ്പോൾ, ഭുജങ്ങളിൽ വജ്രം ധരിച്ചു, ഹേ ഇന്ദ്ര, നീ വരുന്നു.
