Sukta 6.12
अध स्मास्य पनयन्ति भासो वृथा यत्तक्षदनुयाति पृथ्वीम् । सद्यो यः स्यन्द्रो विषितो धवीयानृणो न तायुरति धन्वा राट् ॥
ádha smā́sya panayanti bhā́so vṛ́thā yát tákṣad anuyā́ti pṛthvī́m | sadyó yáḥ syandrò víṣito dhávīyān ṛṇó ná tāyúr áti dhánvā rā́ṭ ||
അപ്പോൾ അവന്റെ ഭാസഃ—ദീപ്തികൾ—ചലനത്തിലാകുന്നു; അവൻ രൂപപ്പെടുത്തിയതു ഒരിക്കലും വ്യർത്ഥമല്ല, കാരണം അത് നമ്മുടെ സ്വഭാവത്തിന്റെ വിശാല ഭൂമിയെ അനുഗമിക്കുന്നു. ഉടൻ തന്നെ, അവൻ വിമുക്തനായാൽ, ഒഴുകുന്ന വേഗത്തിൽ പാഞ്ഞുചെല്ലുന്നു—കൂടുതൽ ഉഗ്രവും കൂടുതൽ ത്വരിതവും—കടക്കാരൻ പിരിവിനായി പിന്തുടരുന്നതുപോലെ; അവൻ മരുഭൂമിയെ അതിക്രമിച്ച് ആധിപത്യം പുലർത്തുന്നു.
