eṣā́ pratī́cī duhitā́ divó nṝ́n yoṣéva bhadrā́ ní riṇīte ápsaḥ | vy-ūrṇvatī́ dāśúṣe vā́ryāṇi púner jyótir yuvatíḥ pū́rva-thā́kaḥ ||
Morning renewal hymn: emphasizes cyclic return of illumination and the law of reciprocity (dāśuṣe) in sacrifice—offering evokes unfolding of gifts.
recurrence as ṛta (regular order), reciprocity of offering and receiving, ever-young renewing consciousness
The repeated dawn is Ṛta’s signature: order returns, and right movement resumes.
Light ‘again’ indicates truth is recoverable; obscuration is not final.
Re-manifestation: forms and energies are reopened each cycle.
Integral/psychological Vedism: cyclic descent of light reorganizing mind-life for divine work.
dawn
Recurring illumination that gathers faculties, inspires right work, and unveils inner treasures to the aspirant.
Let the ‘returning dawn’ recollect scattered attention; invite a gentle re-start of practice and right work.
anāhata (gentle attraction, bhadrā quality)
4-4-6 breathing (inhale-hold-exhale) to stabilize; feel exhale as ‘unfolding’ tension outward.
renewed sattva; quiet readiness for action.
If practice feels broken, chant this as a vow of return; then write one clear offering for the day (a single right work).
Vedic accents per śākala tradition; maintain clear udātta peaks on key verb forms (ni riṇīte, vyūrṇvatī).
Let each pāda ‘open’ at its end; avoid rushing consonant clusters.
pratīcī: long ī, clear ‘c’ (palatal), vyūrṇvatī: pronounce ‘vyū’ as one unit; retroflex ‘ṇv’ carefully, vāryāṇi: long ā; retroflex ‘ṇ’, punar: light ‘r’, do not over-roll
gentle, inviting, steady
