Transliteration
mahe no adyá bodhayóṣo rāyé divítmatī | yáthā cin no ábodhayaḥ satyáśravasi vāyyé sujāte aśvasūnṛte ||
Translation
ഹേ ഉഷസ്സേ, മഹത്തായവളേ, ദിവിത്മതീ (സ്വർഗ്ഗപ്രകാശമയിയേ), ഇന്ന് ഞങ്ങളെ റയി (സമൃദ്ധി)യിലേക്കു ഉണർത്തുക. മുമ്പെ നീ ഞങ്ങളെ ഉണർത്തിയതുപോലെ, വീണ്ടും ഉണർത്തുക—ഹേ സത്യശ്രവസി, വായ്യേ (പ്രാണവായുവിൽ സഞ്ചരിക്കുന്നവളേ), സുജാതേ, അശ്വസൂനൃതേ (അശ്വത്തിന്റെ ശക്തിയും സന്തോഷവാക്കും കൊണ്ടുവരുന്നവളേ).
