Transliteration

ī́ḷe agníṃ svá-vasam námo-bhir ihá prá-satto ví cayat kṛtáṃ naḥ | ráthaiḥ iva prá bhare vājáyat-bhiḥ pra-dakṣiṇín marútāṃ stómam ṛdhyām ||

Translation

സ്വവസ് (സ്വശക്തിസമ്പന്നൻ) അഗ്നിയെ ഞാൻ നമസ്കാരഭരിതമായ സ്തുതി-കർമ്മങ്ങളാൽ ഇളിക്കുന്നു; ഇവിടെ മുന്നിൽ പ്രസന്നമായി ഇരിക്കുന്ന അവൻ ഞങ്ങൾ ചെയ്തതിനെ തിരിച്ചറിഞ്ഞ് ക്രമപ്പെടുത്തട്ടെ. വാജ (ബലം-സമൃദ്ധി) വഹിച്ച് മുന്നേറുന്ന രഥങ്ങളെപ്പോലെ മരുৎകളുടെ സ്തോമം പ്രദക്ഷിണഗതിയോടെ മുന്നേറി സമൃദ്ധിയിലേക്കുയരട്ടെ.
