यूयमस्मान्नयत वस्यो अच्छा निरंहतिभ्यो मरुतो गृणानाः । जुषध्वं नो हव्यदातिं यजत्रा वयं स्याम पतयो रयीणाम् ॥
Transliteration
yū́yam asmā́n nayata vásyo ácchā nír aṃhatíbhyo maruto gṛṇānā́ḥ | júṣadhvaṃ no havyádātiṃ yajatrā vayáṃ syā́ma pátayo rayīṇā́m ||
Translation
ഹേ മരുതുകളേ, ഞങ്ങൾ നിങ്ങളെ സ്തുതിക്കുമ്പോൾ ഞങ്ങളെ ശ്രേയസ്കരമായ വഴിയിലേക്കു നയിക്കുവിൻ; ബന്ധനങ്ങളും ഹാനികളും നിന്നു അകറ്റുവിൻ. ഹേ യജത്രരേ, ഞങ്ങളുടെ ഹവ്യദാതി (അർപ്പണ-ഭിക്ഷ) സ്വീകരിക്കുവിൻ; അതുവഴി ഞങ്ങൾ റയി—സമൃദ്ധിയുടെ പൂർണ്ണ നിധികൾ—യുടെ അധിപതികളാകട്ടെ.
