ā́ yāhy ádribhiḥ sutáṃ sómaṃ soma-pate piba | vṛ́ṣann índra vṛ́ṣabhir vṛtrahantama ||
Translation
കല്ലുകളാൽ പിഴിഞ്ഞെടുത്ത സോമവുമായി ഇവിടെ വരിക; ഹേ സോമപതേ, പാനം ചെയ്യുക. ഹേ വൃഷഭനായ ഇന്ദ്രാ, വൃഷഭ-ശക്തികളോടെ വരിക—വൃത്രഹൻ, അതിപ്രബലൻ—ഞങ്ങളിലുളള ബലം ഉണർന്നു വിജയം പ്രാപിക്കട്ടെ.
