तव द्युमन्तो अर्चयो ग्रावेवोच्यते बृहत् । उतो ते तन्यतुर्यथा स्वानो अर्त त्मना दिवः ॥
Transliteration
táva dyu-mánto arcáyo grā́vāiva ucyate bṛhát | utó te tanyatúr yáthā svā́nó arta tmanā́ diváḥ ||
Translation
നിന്റെ ദ്യുമന്തമായ അർച്ചികൾ—അഗ്നിയുടെ സ്തുതിഗാനങ്ങൾ—സോമപീഡനശിലയായ ഗ്രാവാ ഉച്ചരിക്കുന്നതുപോലെ ‘ബൃഹത്’ (മഹത്തായത്) എന്നു പ്രസിദ്ധമാണ്. നിന്റെ ഗർജ്ജനശക്തിയും മുഴങ്ങുന്നു—ദ്യൗ (ആകാശം) തന്റെ സ്വഭാവത്തിൽ നിന്നുതന്നെ ഉയരുന്ന നാദംപോലെ.
