न यस्य सातुर्जनितोरवारि न मातरापितरा नू चिदिष्टौ । अधा मित्रो न सुधितः पावकोऽग्निर्दीदाय मानुषीषु विक्षु ॥
ná yásya sā́tur jánitor avā́ri ná mā́tarāpitárā nú cid iṣṭáu | ádhā mitró ná su-dhítaḥ pāvakó ’gnír dīdāya mā́nuṣīṣu víkṣu ||
ആരുടെയും ജയഗാമി ഗതി തടയപ്പെട്ടിട്ടില്ല—ജനകനാലും അല്ല, മാതാപിതാക്കളാലും അല്ല, അവരുടെ തിരഞ്ഞെടുത്ത കര്മത്തിലും പോലും. പിന്നെ, നന്നായി സ്ഥാപിതനായ മിത്രനെപ്പോലെ, ശുദ്ധീകരകനായ അഗ്നി മനുഷ്യകുലങ്ങളിൽ പ്രകാശിച്ചു.
