इन्द्रः सीतां नि गृह्णातु तां पूषानु यच्छतु । सा नः पयस्वती दुहामुत्तरामुत्तरां समाम् ॥
Transliteration
índraḥ sī́tāṃ ní gṛhṇātu tā́ṃ pūṣā́nu yacchatu | sā́ naḥ páyasvatī duhām úttarām-uttarāṃ sámām ||
Translation
ഇന്ദ്രൻ സീതയെ (ഉഴവിന്റെ വരമ്പ്/ചാല) പിടിച്ചു ദൃഢമാക്കട്ടെ; പൂഷൻ അവളെ അവളുടെ യഥാമാർഗ്ഗത്തിൽ മുന്നോട്ട് നയിക്കട്ടെ. പുഷ്ടിസാരസമ്പന്നയായ അവൾ, ഞങ്ങൾക്കായി വർഷംതോറും കൂടുതൽ കൂടുതൽ വർദ്ധനയെ പാൽപോലെ ദോഹിക്കട്ടെ.
