Transliteration

ádha dyutānáḥ pitróḥ sacā́ āsā́ ámanuta guhyám cā́ru pṛ́śneḥ | mātuṣpáde paramé ánti ṣád gór vṛ́ṣṇaḥ śóciṣaḥ práyatasyá jihvā́ ||

Translation

അപ്പോൾ ദ്യുതിമാൻ (അഗ്നി), ഇരുപിതൃമാതാക്കളോടു ചേർന്ന്, പൃശ്നിയുടെ ഗുഹ്യവും മനോഹരവുമായ പ്രവർത്തനം ഗ്രഹിച്ചു. മാതാവിന്റെ പരമപദത്തിൽ അവൻ സമീപം ഇരുന്നു—ഗോവിനുള്ളിലെ വൃഷണന്റെ പ്രേരക ശോചിഷിന്റെ ജിഹ്വ: യഥാമാർഗ്ഗം ചലനത്തിൽ സ്ഥാപിതമായ ദീപ്തശക്തി (അഗ്നി).
