अस्वापयद्दभीतये सहस्रा त्रिंशतं हथैः । दासानामिन्द्रो मायया ॥
Transliteration
asvā́payad dabhī́taye sahásrā triṃśatáṃ háthaiḥ | dāsā́nām índro māyáyā ||
Translation
ഇന്ദ്രൻ തന്റെ മായാ (ചേതനശക്തി) കൊണ്ടു ദഭീതിക്കായി ദാസന്മാരുടെ മുപ്പതിനായിരം സേനയെ തന്റെ പ്രഹാരങ്ങളാൽ നിദ്രയിൽ ആക്കി; അവൻ വൈരചലനങ്ങളെ വെറും ബലത്താൽ അല്ല, ഉന്നത അധിപത്യത്താൽ ശമിപ്പിച്ചു.
