Sukta 4.19
नू ष्टुत इन्द्र नू गृणान इषं जरित्रे नद्यो न पीपेः । अकारि ते हरिवो ब्रह्म नव्यं धिया स्याम रथ्यः सदासाः ॥
nū́ ṣṭutá índra nū́ gṛṇāná íṣaṃ jaritré nádyo na pīpeḥ | ákāri te harivo bráhma návyaṃ dhiyā́ syāma rathyàḥ sadā́sāḥ ||
ഇപ്പോൾ സ്തുതിക്കപ്പെട്ടവനേ, ഹേ ഇന്ദ്രാ, ഇപ്പോൾ ഗീതമായവനേ, നീ ജരിത്രനുവേണ്ടി ഇഷ് (പ്രേരണാശക്തി)യുടെ പ്രവാഹത്തെ, നദികൾ തങ്ങളുടെ പാതകൾ നിറയ്ക്കുന്നതുപോലെ, വർധിപ്പിക്കുന്നു. ഹേ ഹരിവോ (കപില അശ്വങ്ങളുടെ അധിപനേ), നിനക്കായി പുതിയ ബ്രഹ്മ (മന്ത്രവചനം) നിർമ്മിക്കപ്പെട്ടിരിക്കുന്നു; ജാഗ്രതയായ ധിയയാൽ ഞങ്ങൾ എപ്പോഴും നിന്റെ വിജയയാത്രയുടെ രഥപഥത്തിന് യോഗ്യരായിരിക്കട്ടെ.
