Sukta 3.55
यदन्यासु वृषभो रोरवीति सो अन्यस्मिन्यूथे नि दधाति रेतः । स हि क्षपावान्त्स भगः स राजा महद्देवानामसुरत्वमेकम् ॥
yád anyā́su vṛṣabhó róravīti sá anyásmin yūthé ní dadhāti rétaḥ | sá hí kṣapā́vān sá bhágaḥ sá rājā mahád devā́nām asura-tvám ékam ||
വൃഷഭൻ (പുരുഷ-ബലം) മറ്റു യൂഥങ്ങളിൽ ഗർജ്ജിക്കുമ്പോൾ, അവൻ മറ്റൊരു യൂഥത്തിൽ തന്റെ രേതഃ (വീര്യം, ശക്തിയുടെ വിത്ത്) സ്ഥാപിക്കുന്നു. കാരണം അവൻ ക്ഷപാവാൻ—രാത്രികളുടെ അധിപൻ, അവൻ ഭഗ—ആനന്ദദാതാവ്, അവൻ രാജാവ്: ദേവന്മാരുടെ മഹത്തായ ഏകമായ അസുരത്വം (ഏക അസുര-ശക്തി) അതുതന്നെ.
