सना पुराणमध्येम्यारान्महः पितुर्जनितुर्जामि तन्नः । देवासो यत्र पनितार एवैरुरौ पथि व्युते तस्थुरन्तः ॥
sanā́ purāṇám ádhy emi ārā́t máhaḥ pitúr janitúr jā́mi tán naḥ | devā́so yátra panitā́ra évair uráu pathí vyùte tasthúr ántaḥ ||
പുരാതനകാലം മുതൽ ഞാൻ പുരാതന സത്യത്തിലേക്കു നീങ്ങുന്നു—സമീപത്തുനിന്നുതന്നെ—മഹാപിതാവായ ജനകന്റെ ബന്ധുത്വത്തിലേക്കു; അത് ഞങ്ങളുടേതാകട്ടെ. അവിടെ, ദേവന്മാർ അവരുടെ പ്രേരകദണ്ഡങ്ങളാൽ, തുറന്നുകിടക്കുന്ന വിശാല പഥത്തിൽ, അകത്ത് നിലകൊണ്ടിരുന്നു.
