Sukta 3.35
स्तीर्णं ते बर्हिः सुत इन्द्र सोमः कृता धाना अत्तवे ते हरिभ्याम् । तदोकसे पुरुशाकाय वृष्णे मरुत्वते तुभ्यं राता हवींषि ॥
stīrṇáṁ te barhíḥ sutá indra sómaḥ kṛtā́ dhā́nā áttave te hári-bhyām | tád-okase puru-śā́kāya vṛ́ṣṇe marútvate túbhyaṁ rātā́ havī́ṃṣi ||
ഹേ ഇന്ദ്രാ, നിനക്കായി പവിത്രമായ ബർഹി (യജ്ഞാസനം) വിരിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു; സോമം പിഴിഞ്ഞിരിക്കുന്നു; നിന്റെ രണ്ടു ഹരികൾ (ചുവപ്പുനിറമുള്ള അശ്വങ്ങൾ/ശക്തികൾ) ഭുജിക്കുവാൻ ധാനങ്ങൾ ഒരുക്കിയിരിക്കുന്നു. ഹേ അനേകശക്തിയുള്ള വൃഷ്ണേ, മരുৎകളോടു ചേർന്നവനേ, ആ ബോധധാമത്തിൽ വസിക്കുന്ന നിനക്കു ഈ ഹവിഷുകൾ സമർപ്പിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു.
