अग्ने शकेम ते वयं यमं देवस्य वाजिनः । अति द्वेषांसि तरेम ॥
Transliteration
áagne śaké́ma te vayáṁ yámam devásya vā́jinaḥ | áti dveṣā́ṁsi taréma ||
Translation
ഹേ അഗ്നേ, ഞങ്ങൾ—നിന്റെ വാജിനഃ (ബലവാന്മാർ, തേജസ്വി സഹായി)—ദേവന്റെ യമം (നിയമ-സംയമം, ധർമ്മശാസനം) പ്രാപിക്കാൻ കഴിവുള്ളവരാകട്ടെ; ദ്വേഷങ്ങളെയും പ്രതിരോധങ്ങളെയും അതിക്രമിച്ച് കടക്കട്ടെ.
