Sukta 3.14
त्वद्धि पुत्र सहसो वि पूर्वीर्देवस्य यन्त्यूतयो वि वाजाः । त्वं देहि सहस्रिणं रयिं नोऽद्रोघेण वचसा सत्यमग्ने ॥
tvád dhi putra sahaso ví pū́rvīr devásya yánty ūtáyo ví vājā́ḥ | tváṃ dehi sahasríṇaṃ rayíṃ no’dróghena vácasā satyám agne ||
ഹേ സഹസിന്റെ പുത്രാ, നിനക്കിൽ നിന്നുതന്നെ ദേവന്റെ അനേകം പുരാതന ഊതികൾ (സഹായങ്ങൾ) പുറപ്പെടുന്നു; വാജങ്ങൾ—ഊർജ്ജശക്തിയുടെ സമൃദ്ധികൾ—വ്യാപിക്കുന്നു. അഗ്നേ, ഞങ്ങൾക്ക് സഹസ്രിണ റയി (ആയിരമടങ്ങുള്ള സമ്പത്ത്) നല്കുക; അദ്രോഘ വചനത്താൽ—കപടമില്ലാതെ—സത്യവാക്കാൽ.
