अग्ने यजस्व हविषा यजीयाञ्छ्रुष्टी देष्णमभि गृणीहि राधः । त्वं ह्यसि रयिपती रयीणां त्वं शुक्रस्य वचसो मनोता ॥
ágne yájasva havíṣā yájīyāñ chrúṣṭī déṣṇam abhí gṛṇīhi rā́dhaḥ | tváṃ hí ási rayi-pátī rayīṇā́ṃ tváṃ śukrásya vácaso manótā ||
ഹേ അഗ്നേ, ഹവിഷോടെ യജിക്ക; ഹേ യജ്യന്മാരിൽ അതിയജ്യനേ, ശ്രുഷ്ടിയോടെ ദേഷ്ണം—ദാനം—സ്വീകരിച്ചു, രാധഃ—സമൃദ്ധി—അഭി ഗൃണീഹി, ഉറപ്പാക്കുക. കാരണം നീ റയിപതി, സമ്പത്തുകളുടെ അധിപൻ; നീ ശുക്ര വചനത്തിന്റെ മനോഥാ—ചിന്തകനും സിദ്ധികർത്താവും—ആകുന്നു.
