सूरश्चिदा हरितो अस्य रीरमदिन्द्रादा कश्चिद्भयते तवीयसः । भीमस्य वृष्णो जठरादभिश्वसो दिवेदिवे सहुरिः स्तन्नबाधितः ॥

Transliteration

sūraś cidā harito asya rīramad indrādā kaś cid bhayataja tavīyasaḥ | bhīmasya vṛṣṇo jaṭharād abhiśvaso divedive sahuriḥ stan abādhitaḥ ||

Translation

സൂര്യനും അവന്റെ ഹരിത (വേഗശാലി) അശ്വങ്ങളും അവനാൽ തന്നെയാണ് ചലിപ്പിക്കപ്പെടുന്നത്; ഇന്ദ്രന്റെ അതിശയ തവീയസ് (പരാക്രമ) ശക്തിക്കെതിരെ ആരാണ് ഭയമില്ലാതെ നില്ക്കുക? ഭീമമായ വൃഷഭന്റെ ജഠരത്തിൽ നിന്ന് ബലവത്തായ ശ്വാസം—ശക്തിയുടെ പ്രാണൻ—ഉദ്ഭവിക്കുന്നു; ദിനംപ്രതി സഹുരി (അടിയുറച്ച) ബലം മുന്നോട്ട് തള്ളുന്നു, അജേയമായി.
