Sukta 10.89
न यस्य द्यावापृथिवी न धन्व नान्तरिक्षं नाद्रयः सोमो अक्षाः । यदस्य मन्युरधिनीयमानः शृणाति वीळु रुजति स्थिराणि ॥
ná yásya dyā́vāpṛthivī́ ná dhánva nā́ntárikṣaṁ nā́drayaḥ sómo ákṣāḥ | yád asya mányur adhinīyámānaḥ śr̥ṇā́ti vīḷú rújati sthirā́ṇi ||
അവനെ ദ്യാവാ-പൃഥിവിയും, വിശാല ധന്വം (വ്യാപ്തി)യും, അന്തരിക്ഷവും, അദ്രി (സോമപിഷണക്കല്ലുകൾ)യും, സോമവും, അക്ഷ (പാശങ്ങൾ)യും തടയാൻ കഴിയില്ല—അവന്റെ മന്യു (ഉഗ്രതേജസ്/ക്രോധം) പ്രേരിതമായി മുന്നേറുമ്പോൾ. അപ്പോൾ അത് തകർക്കാൻ പ്രയാസമുള്ളതും തകർത്തുകളയും; സ്ഥിരവും അചലവുമെന്നു തോന്നുന്നതും കീറിത്തുറക്കും.
