त आयजन्त द्रविणं समस्मा ऋषयः पूर्वे जरितारो न भूना । असूर्ते सूर्ते रजसि निषत्ते ये भूतानि समकृण्वन्निमानि ॥

Transliteration

tá ā́yajanta dráviṇaṃ sám asmai ṛ́ṣayaḥ pū́rve jaritā́ro ná bhūnā́ | asū́rte sū́rte rájasi niṣatté yé bhūtā́ni samákṛṇvann imā́ni ||

Translation

പുരാതന ഋഷികൾ—ദാനത്തിൽ ക്ഷീണമില്ലാത്തവർ—അവനു സമാഹരിച്ച ദ്രവിണം, ശക്തിധനം അർപ്പിച്ചു. അസൂർത്തവും സൂർത്തവും ആയ രജസ്സിൽ നിഷണ്ണരായി, ഈ ഭൂതങ്ങളെ രൂപപ്പെടുത്തിയവർ അവയെ ഒരൊറ്റ ക്രമബദ്ധ ഏകതയായി ആക്കി.
