भुवो यज्ञस्य रजसश्च नेता यत्रा नियुद्भिः सचसे शिवाभिः । दिवि मूर्धानं दधिषे स्वर्षां जिह्वामग्ने चकृषे हव्यवाहम् ॥
bhuvo yajñásya rájasas ca netā́ yátrā niyúd-bhiḥ sácase śivā́bhiḥ | diví mūrdhā́naṃ dadhīṣe svàr-sāṃ jihvā́m agne cakṛṣe havya-vā́ham ||
നീ യജ്ഞത്തിന്റെയും രജസഃ—മധ്യലോകങ്ങളുടെയും—നേതാവാകുന്നു; അവിടെ ശിവമായ നിയുത് ശക്തികളോടെ നീ ചേർന്നു നിൽക്കുന്നു. ദിവിയിൽ നീ നിന്റെ മൂർധാനം സ്ഥാപിക്കുന്നു; ഹേ അഗ്നി, സ്വർലോകങ്ങളെ ജയിക്കുന്ന ജിഹ്വയെ നീ ഹവ്യവാഹകനായി രൂപപ്പെടുത്തി.
