असुनीते पुनरस्मासु चक्षुः पुनः प्राणमिह नो धेहि भोगम् । ज्योक्पश्येम सूर्यमुच्चरन्तमनुमते मृळया नः स्वस्ति ॥
asunī́te púnar asmā́su cákṣuḥ púnaḥ prāṇám ihá no dhehi bhógam | jyók paśyema sū́ryam úccarantam ánumate mṛḷáyā naḥ svastí ||
ഹേ അസുനീതി, ഞങ്ങളിലേക്കു വീണ്ടും ദർശനം സ്ഥാപിക്കണമേ; ഇവിടെ ഞങ്ങളുടെ പ്രാണനെ വീണ്ടും ധരിപ്പിക്കയും ഞങ്ങളിലേക്കു ഭോഗശക്തി നിക്ഷേപിക്കയും ചെയ്യണമേ. ദീർഘകാലം ഞങ്ങൾ ഉയർന്നുയരുന്ന സൂര്യനെ ദർശിക്കട്ടെ; ഹേ അനുമതി, ഞങ്ങളോടു കരുണ കാണിക്കണമേ—ഞങ്ങൾക്ക് സ്വസ്തി നൽകണമേ.
