Sukta 10.35
द्यावा नो अद्य पृथिवी अनागसो मही त्रायेतां सुविताय मातरा । उषा उच्छन्त्यप बाधतामघं स्वस्त्यग्निं समिधानमीमहे ॥
dyā́vā no adyá pṛthivī́ anā́gaso mahī́ trā́yetāṁ suvitā́ya mā́tarā | uṣā́ ucchánty ápa bādhatām agháṁ svastí agníṁ samidhānám īmahe ||
ഇന്ന് ദ്യാവയും പൃഥിവിയും—അനാഗസ, മഹാമാതാക്കൾ—ഞങ്ങളെ സുവിതായ (സുയാത്രയും സദ്ഗതിയും) വേണ്ടി കാക്കട്ടെ. ഉദയിക്കുന്ന ഉഷസ് അഘം (ദോഷം/അപശകുനം) അകറ്റട്ടെ. സ്വസ്തിക്കായി സമിധാന (പ്രജ്വലിക്കുന്ന) അഗ്നിയെ ഞങ്ങൾ ആഹ്വാനം ചെയ്യുന്നു.
