Sukta 10.28
अद्रिणा ते मन्दिन इन्द्र तूयान्त्सुन्वन्ति सोमान्पिबसि त्वमेषाम् । पचन्ति ते वृषभाँ अत्सि तेषां पृक्षेण यन्मघवन्हूयमानः ॥
ádrīṇā te mandína indra tū́yānt sunvánti sómān píbasi tvám eṣām | pácanti te vṛṣabhā́m̐ átsi téṣāṃ pṛkṣéṇa yán maghavan hūyámānaḥ ||
അദ്രി (പിഴിയുന്ന കല്ല്)കൊണ്ട്, ആനന്ദകരരായ സോമപിഴിയുന്നവർ, ഹേ ഇന്ദ്ര, നിനക്കായി വേഗത്തിൽ സോമം പിഴിയുന്നു; നീ അവരുടെ സോമം കുടിക്കുന്നു. അവർ നിനക്കായി ബലവത്തായ ആഹാരങ്ങൾ പാകം ചെയ്യുന്നു; ഹേ മഘവൻ, പൃക്ഷ (അർപ്പണ-മിശ്രണം) സഹിതം നിന്നെ ആഹ്വാനം ചെയ്യുമ്പോൾ നീ അവയിൽ നിന്ന് പങ്കുചേരുന്നു.
