Sukta 10.25
अयं विप्राय दाशुषे वाजाँ इयर्ति गोमतः । अयं सप्तभ्य आ वरं वि वो मदे प्रान्धं श्रोणं च तारिषद्विवक्षसे ॥
ayáṃ viprā́ya dāśúṣe vā́jāṃ iyarti gó-mataḥ | ayáṃ saptábhya ā́ váraṃ ví vo máde prā́ndhaṃ śróṇaṃ ca tā́riṣad vivákṣase ||
ഈ സോമൻ ദാനശീലനായ ഋഷിക്കായി—ഗോമത്, കിരണസമ്പന്നനായവനായി—വാജ (ബല-സമൃദ്ധി)ങ്ങളെ ഉണർത്തുന്നു. ഇത് സപ്തശക്തികൾക്കായി പരമ വരം (ശ്രേഷ്ഠ തിരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പ്) കൊണ്ടുവരുന്നു; നിന്റെ മദത്തിൽ നീ അന്ധനെയും മുടന്തനെയും—അശക്തികളെ—കടത്തിവിട്ട്, ഞങ്ങളെ വിശാലമായ പ്രാപ്തിയിലേക്കു വളർത്തുന്നു.
