Sukta 10.24
इन्द्र सोममिमं पिब मधुमन्तं चमू सुतम् । अस्मे रयिं नि धारय वि वो मदे सहस्रिणं पुरूवसो विवक्षसे ॥
indra sómam imáṃ piba mádhu-mantaṃ camū́ sutám | asmè rayíṃ ní dhāraya ví vo máde sahasríṇaṃ purūvaso vívakṣase ||
ഹേ ഇന്ദ്രാ, ഈ മധുമയ സോമം പാനം ചെയ്ക—ചമൂവിൽ സുത (പിഴിഞ്ഞെടുത്ത)ത്. ഞങ്ങളിലേക്കു റയി—സമൃദ്ധിയും പൂർണ്ണതയും—സ്ഥാപിക്ക; നിന്റെ മദ (ഉല്ലാസിത ശക്തി)യിൽ, ഹേ പുരൂവസു, ഞങ്ങൾക്ക് സഹസ്രഗുണ വൈഭവം പ്രസവിപ്പിക്ക, അത് വർദ്ധിക്കേണ്ടതിന്.
