Sukta 10.10
न तिष्ठन्ति न नि मिषन्त्येते देवानां स्पश इह ये चरन्ति । अन्येन मदाहनो याहि तूयं तेन वि वृह रथ्येव चक्रा ॥
ná tíṣṭhanti ná ní míṣantyeté devā́nāṁ spáśa ihá yé cáranti | anyéna mádāhano yā́hi tū́yaṁ téna ví vṛhe rathyéva cakrā́ ||
ഇവിടെ സഞ്ചരിക്കുന്ന ദേവന്മാരുടെ സ്പശർ (കാവൽക്കാർ) നിൽക്കുന്നതുമില്ല, കണ്ണടയ്ക്കുന്നതുമില്ല. ഹേ മദഹനനേ (മദം/ആനന്ദം സംഹരിക്കുന്നവനേ), മറ്റൊരു വഴിയിലൂടെ വേഗത്തിൽ പോകുക; അതുവഴി രഥത്തിന്റെ ചക്രം രഥ്യയിൽ നിന്നു വിടുന്നതുപോലെ, നീ നിന്നെ തന്നെ മോചിപ്പിക്ക.
