Sukta 10.10
न यत्पुरा चकृमा कद्ध नूनमृता वदन्तो अनृतं रपेम । गन्धर्वो अप्स्वप्या च योषा सा नो नाभिः परमं जामि तन्नौ ॥
ná yát purā́ cakṛmá kád dha nūnám ṛtā́ vádanto ánṛtaṃ rapema | gandharvó apsv ápyā́ ca yóṣā sā́ no nā́bhiḥ paramáṃ jā́mi tán nau ||
മുമ്പ് ഞങ്ങൾ എന്തെങ്കിലും ചെയ്തിട്ടുണ്ടെങ്കിൽ, ഇപ്പോൾ സത്യം പറയുമ്പോൾ പറയുമ്പോൾ എന്തിന് അസത്യത്തിലേക്ക് വീഴണം? ജലങ്ങളിൽ വസിക്കുന്ന ഗന്ധർവനും ജലമയിയായ യുവതിയും—അവളാണ് നമ്മുടെ നാഭി, പരമ ജാമി (പരമബന്ധുത്വം); അതുതന്നെയാണ് നമ്മുടെ തമ്മിലുള്ള ബന്ധം.
